VIRTUAL

Whether you're a new coach finding your footing or a seasoned practitioner deepening your craft, Coaching Corner is a welcoming space for peer connection and meaningful conversation. Because coaching can be a rewarding yet isolating practice, this gathering was created to bridge that gap, providing a touch point for coaches to reflect, connect, and grow together.

Rooted in ICF principles of reflective practice and continued learning, the session is designed to recognize that peer dialogue accelerates growth, reduces isolation, and strengthens our work. The question of access to coaching adds an equity dimension: expanding who benefits from quality coaching, across cultural, economic, and geographic lines, is both a professional and a moral imperative.

Our conversation will be anchored by two questions:

  • What's one challenge in your coaching practice right now?
  • What's one step we can take to expand coaching access locally?

Bring your curiosity, your voice, and your perspective, because every experience in this room matters.

Participants will leave with:

  • At least one practical idea or insight to apply to their coaching practice right away
  • A sense of belonging and renewed energy for their coaching journey
  • A new connection or collaborative relationship to cultivate beyond the session

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ICF MEMBERS ONLY.
FREE TO ATTEND; HOWEVER, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
