Spending mindful time in nature is an evidence-based, accessible approach to enhancing well-being. In this experiential session, Dr. Joe Blanda will guide participants through mindful immersion in nature, inviting deep sensory awareness, presence, and connection. Coaches will explore how nature-based practices can serve as powerful tools to support client insight, resilience, and self-regulation.

Through interactive experiences and science-based sensory practices, including exposure to naturally occurring compounds that support immune health, participants will develop practical techniques to integrate mindfulness in nature into their coaching practice, while also strengthening their own self-care and coaching presence.
