If you can see the invisible, you can do the impossible.

As coaches and facilitators, we all have clients that get stuck in their heads. They come to us with cluttered minds, and we help them separate out what isn’t working or connect with what is. And sometimes we need a hand – which the philosopher Kant called the human’s outer brain and the window to the mind. Engaging our hands utilizes our embodied self-awareness to deepen connections to our inner world and with our broader system. When we make our thoughts and emotions tangible with bricks, we can see them as they are and then consider how we’d like to break them apart or reformulate them into how we’d like to see them. Expanding on constructionism learning theory, Gestalt psychology, systemic constellations, and the power of conceptual metaphor, coaching 1:1, groups & teams with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®(LSP) methods will support your clients to think and build with their hands enabling them to make tangible what was once invisible.

Join in for this highly experiential hands-on thinking session and see (and feel!) how coaching with LSP is play with a purpose.

Bring your LEGOs if you have them (not required).
