Join us for our annual celebration of the rich wisdom of our chapter. This meeting is an opportunity to connect with one another and strengthen our individual skills and tools by learning from the collective knowledge and insights of our coaching community.
We will engage in one-on-one, small group and full community discussion to share what we have learned, adopted, tried, and tested this past year that has impacted our coaching practice. Each day we encounter new ideas, learn new insights, create a new habits. This is an opportunity to share these with one another in the spirit of generosity. Come prepared to both share and receive the collective wisdom of our coaching chapter. We will have multiple opportunities to share tools, resources, habits and routines that have you have learned about and/or relied on over this past year. Come prepared to share with your fellow coaches
Back by popular demand: This year we are also bringing back the “book exchange.” Bring a wrapped favorite book that has impacted your coaching practice for a fun holiday swap. Everyone that brings a book will go home with a new book.
Learning Objectives:
- Share and learn tools and resources that are valuable to coaching practice
- Consider habits, routines and practices that have been helpful to others
- Hear powerful and inspirational words (written or verbal) that can positively impact one’s coaching practice
- Experience camaraderie and the joy of interacting with peers

Jenn DePrezio
DePrezio Leadership Group
With a passion for helping others realize their best selves, Jenn DePrizio founded DePrizio Leadership Group in 2023 to support individuals and organizations in leadership development. Over the past two decades she has held leadership positions across the country, most recently as the Chief Learning Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Art. In April 2023 she earned an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation and an Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Certificate through Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. She is currently writing a book on leadership in museums in partnership with the American Alliance of Museums. Jenn’s core values of integrity, transparency, respect, generosity, and joy guide her as a coach.
