"State precedes the story." This simple yet profound insight reminds us that how we feel shapes the narratives we create about ourselves, others, and the world. For coaches, understanding this dynamic unlocks a powerful key to supporting clients in moments of challenge, growth, and transformation.

Grounded in the science of safety and connection (The Polyvagal Theory), this session explores how the body’s internal state—our nervous system’s response to stress, safety, and connection—impacts moods, emotions, and behavior. You’ll learn to recognize these shifts in yourself and your clients, gaining tools to guide them from states of overwhelm or reactivity to clarity, calm, and connection. By cultivating resources to influence these internal states, coaches can enhance their own communication, decision-making, and interpersonal dynamics while empowering clients to do the same.

As an Executive Coach, Somatic Trainer and Mentor Coach, my passion is to guide people to integrate body-centered practices into work and life. This interactive session includes reflective exercises, practical tools, and moments to engage with peers, helping you "listen" to other bodies and expand your capacity for impactful coaching. Leave equipped with actionable strategies to enhance emotional agility and inspire lasting change in your clients.
