As coaches, we’re in the business of helping others unlock their potential, but often we’re missing the opportunity to empower neurodivergent clients, many of whom experience barriers to success that are invisible to the untrained eye. This session is important because neuro-inclusion isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a necessary step toward creating coaching spaces that fully embrace the diversity of the human brain.

With a solid foundation in neurodiversity research and over a decade of experience coaching individuals with ADHD and other invisible disabilities, I’ll share practical strategies and real-world examples that will help you make your coaching more inclusive.

Neurodivergent clients bring incredible strengths to the table, and as coaches, we have a responsibility to help them leverage those strengths.

During this session, we’ll engage in dynamic exercises, case studies, and group discussions designed to give you the tools to apply neuro-inclusive practices immediately. Let’s drive the future of coaching forward by fostering environments where every client can thrive—especially those who have been overlooked for too long.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand Neuro-inclusion Principles - Participants will gain a clear understanding of neuro-inclusion, the strengths of neurodivergent clients, and how to foster inclusive environments that respect and amplify neurodiverse talents.
  • Identify and Leverage Client Strengths - Coaches will learn how to identify the unique strengths of neurodivergent clients and apply tailored coaching strategies that help clients leverage these strengths in both personal and professional settings.
  • Implement Neuroinclusive Coaching Practices - Participants will leave with practical, actionable tools and techniques to integrate neuroinclusive practices into their coaching, ensuring all clients feel empowered, supported, and understood.
  • Build Effective Communication Strategies - Coaches will explore communication strategies that enhance understanding and rapport with neurodivergent clients, leading to stronger client relationships and more effective coaching outcomes.
  • Apply Neurodiversity Research to Real-world Coaching - Through case studies and research-backed insights, participants will be able to directly apply the latest in neurodiversity theory to their coaching practices, increasing the impact of their coaching on neurodivergent clients.
